1. Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
Kaural ships throughout South Africa. Delivery times vary by location and courier service. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. Please note these are estimates and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Any applicable taxes or duties are included in the product price where relevant.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment in real time.
Risk and Responsibility
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Kaural is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation:

- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow the Returns Policy below.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
Return Process
- Contact Kaural customer support at info@kaural.com with your order number
- Our team will provide a Return Authorisation and instructions for shipping
- Ship the product securely using the instructions provided
- Returns will be inspected upon receipt
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products.
- Contact customer support to arrange an exchange
- Replacement products will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery:
- Contact us immediately with a description and photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
