3. How do I place an order?
Browse our online store, select your product, and follow the simple checkout process. Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s integrated gateways.

We accept major debit/credit cards, EFT, and other payment options available via Shopify’s secure system.
5. How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. Typical delivery times are between 24 hours - 72 hours
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Contact our customer support immediately with your order number to request cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled; returns will then follow the Returns Policy.

Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. All returns comply with South African Consumer Protection laws.
10. Do Kaural products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our products include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
